new furniture in the room. Clean room. Friendly staff. TV with plenty of channels.
There are only 12 parking lots for 19 rooms in he hotel, we got the last spot at night and we really didn´t want to park in the street.
The hotel was fairly close to the city and accessible easily enough with public transport. Well maintained and clean with nice facilities. I enjoyed my stay there.
Nothing about the hotel, although being unused to the city I initially felt insecure about the area. But it was not to bad in the end.
Great price and location.
Breakfast is just a coffee and Danish bread.
Very nicely decorated and clean.
Hotel staff not unhelpful but not overly friendly either.
The location, even though on the border of an iffy area, was wonderfully close to the Riverwalk and plenty of restaurants, bars and attractions. The ac was ice cold, the room, staff and price were all fantastic.
The walls were paper thin, we could hear everyone else on the floor as well as a horrible fight outside in the parking lot.
location was near all events but all around the is location is run down ..
Great location, kind staff, magnificent rooms for the price. I recommend it strongly.
Breakfast is really poor. Asking for help at late night could be a problem. Beside these, everything else is nearly perfect.
Rooms were very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to downtown San Antonio. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Alamo and Riverwalk. This is a new hotel. The decor was nice. Owners were courteous and very helpful. Nothing fancy. Only wished they had a pool, because it was hot, and after a long day of sight seeing, a dip in a pool would have been nice. That said, the price was right and the rooms very comfortable.
Excellent decor with great attention to artistic details. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.
Neighborhood is up and coming but still a bit rundwon in some repects.
It is really good, nice facilities and people working here are very friendly.
The staff @ La Hacienda was very nice. I don't know if this is a remodel or new but the rooms were beautiful. Just as pictured on the website. Rustic type furniture, top of the line decor. They had the most comfortable bed & pillows that we have ever experienced!!! It was high quality on the decor, absolutely no complaints on rooms. Very very nice! My husband loved the fact they had a ceiling fan!! Clean Clean Clean!!! Loved the bed!!!
The location of La Hacienda was not where I had expected, but that was my fault. This was a part of town that I would rather not stay, but again we chose close to the AT&T center and it was very close. Did not bother my husband, just me. My only suggestion to any one who does choose to stay there you may encounter the people in charge of the hotel cooking their dinner. It was very very strong curry aroma and I had a very hard time with it. It was only @ night and air freshener's helped that we went and purchased our 1st evening. Second evening it was the same thing, the aroma was very strong and was nauseating. However we did not complain, we just dealt with it. But probably will not go back for this reason. Again, loved the room, bed & pillows!!! But can't handle the smell.
Very good service for the price and clean. Meet my expectations
We were within walking distance of Riverwalk, the Alamo, Market Square and many other attractions. Neighborhood was run down but was quiet and clean; we felt safe on the street during daylight hours. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Complimentary breakfast would have been better if it started at 6 am and had included more items such as milk and cold cereal, hard-cooked eggs, fruit juices.
The beds were comfortable and clean.
The rooms were very small for the price. There were clearly not enough parking spaces for the guests. The breakfast was awful!
I chose la hacienda because of its convenient location and close proximity to down town san antonio. Unfortunately the block was quite run down.
